How access works
Every client gets a private portal link. Emails and WhatsApp messages contain that client's own link, so there is no password to remember.
What clients can do
- View and download quotes, invoices, credit notes and statements as PDFs.
- Approve or decline a quote with a typed or drawn signature.
- Pay online with whichever gateways you have enabled.
- See their full payment history.
Restricting the portal
Settings → Portal permissions controls each of these individually — for example allowing downloads but not online payments.
